The work of our parternship is shaped by leadership groups. These groups draw together the talent from across Greenwich to focus on key themes that will support all schools.

From January 2026, the GLP groups are:

ALL SCHOOL FOCUS

This leadership group considers projects that support the work of all schools, encompassing learners from Nursery to Post-16.

 

EARLY YEARS AND PRIMARY

This leadership group shapes our school development offer for Early Years and Primary settings.

 

SAFEGUARDING

This leadership group promotes links with our safeguarding partnership and supports the DSL network.

 

SECONDARY AND FE

This leadership group shapes our development offer and offers networking opportunities for Secondary and FE settings and leaders..  

 

Special Educational Needs (SEND)

This leadership group shapes our work in supporting the strategic leadership of SEND across schools in Greenwich.

 

EDUCATE AGAINST RACISM (EAR)

This leadership group develops racial equality in our workforce and our curriculum provision and builds staff capacity to actively challenge racial inequality.

 

SCHOOL RESOURCES

This leadership group focuses on supporting the financial sustainability of schools and considering other areas linked to schools’ resources.
