We are excited to announce our Oracy conference.
Oracy Matters: Let's Talk about it!
In collaboration with the GLP, the EYFS/Primary Partnership group has organised the Oracy Conference in response to the growing recognition of the importance of spoken language to children's learning and life chances, and the current communication and language challenges facing children across our schools. Following on from last year's conference and a series of twilight sessions over this academic year, the conference will be an inspiring day with speakers, Beccy Earnshaw, Roger McDonald and Seraphina Simmons-Bah, plus a chance to hear from and network with other teachers and subject leaders from across Greenwich.
Please do send someone along from your school. Participants do not need to have attended the twilights in order to attend the conference.
