An all-day event to support Early Careers Teachers from Royal Greenwich schools.

The Greenwich Learning Partnership (GLP) and RBG School Improvement Service are pleased to offer all ECTs in Royal Borough of Greenwich the opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers, network and reflect on their role so far.

  • Our keynote speaker Adele Bates will be delivering a session on behaviour management.

  • Senior leaders from Alexander McLeod primary school, Cherry Orchard Primary school and Thomas Tallis secondary school, will be sharing their career pathways.

  • The SEND Outreach service will be delivering a practical session on supporting vulnerable learners.

Adele is a Behaviour & Education Specialist, International Keynote Speaker, Author of “Miss, I Don’t Give a Sh*t” – Engaging with Challenging Behaviour in Schools.

Adele works with teachers, school leaders, educators, parents and carers who are struggling to engage pupils with challenging behaviour; who want to create inclusive classrooms where learning is the focus.
